LOWLINE BEEF

At SRPG field day at a major Victorian abattoir, Urila’s steer was assessed winner On Hoof, then winner On Hook. “High class restaurant quality beef – could not get better.  Meat - thick T bone, full rump, no stress, good colour,” was the abattoir’s assessment.
At the Berwick Show straight off drought-impaired paddocks, our Urila Lowline x Hereford/Friesian heifer excelled. The noted On Hook judge ranked her 2nd in Retail Meat Yield.

Lowline Roast Beef
A highlight for Urila stud was our Lowline Beef being served exclusively by Merricks General Wine Store, a Mornington Peninsula restaurant, during its participation in the Melbourne Food and Wine Winter Roasts weekends in June 2014.

Diners were most impressed with the flavour and texture of the beef.
